A four-inch thick four thousand PSI concrete slab with a broom finish is placed over a vapor barrier and a four-inch gravel base resting on compacted subgrade. The slab is reinforced with six-by-six W2.9 by W2.9 welded wire mesh positioned two inches from the top surface. The top of the concrete slopes as per the grading plan.
