This pavement assembly consists of a six-inch thick layer of Portland cement concrete placed directly over a six-inch thick layer of crushed surfacing base course. The base course rests upon a layer of undisturbed or recompacted subgrade. The section provides a standard profile for site paving and exterior concrete flatwork.
