A four-foot diameter concrete outlet control structure incorporates an eighteen-inch high-density polyethylene outlet pipe at an invert elevation of 6165.64 and a 7.85-inch orifice. An eighteen-inch N-12 manifold features an invert elevation of 6167.16 and a rim elevation of 6172.64. Reinforcement consists of number four rebar spaced at twelve inches on center each way, centered on the weir with a two-inch minimum clearance to the face of the concrete. The bottom of the ADS system is established at elevation 6164.74, with a 100-year water surface level indicated at elevation 6170.14.
