Existing ground materials are stripped twelve inches minimum below existing grade to form the entrance subgrade. A continuous layer of soil stabilization fabric lines the excavated subgrade and side slopes. Twelve inches minimum of quarry spalls fill the excavation to establish a stable vehicle tracking pad.
