A monolithic concrete curb and gutter profile sits on a four-inch compacted base course and subgrade prepared per the project geotechnical report. The curb features an 18-inch flat gutter section sloping at 2.00 percent toward the edge, with a 3:12 batter and one-inch radii at transitions. A tack coat is applied at the gutter edge meeting the adjacent pavement section, which is sized per plan. Hardscape and landscape finish surfaces abut the back of the curb where applicable.
