An internal vault access assembly set within a five-inch concrete slab features a twenty-four by four inch locking standard reversible manhole frame and cover made of cast iron per ASTM A48 Class 30. The opening measures twenty-three and three-quarters inches across, with an overall frame dimension of thirty-three and three-quarters inches. Lugs are spaced at one hundred twenty degrees in three places for bolt down. Two locking bolts of five-eighths inch by eleven National Coarse stainless type 304 steel socket head cap screws are provided, two inches long when used with a solid cover.
