A five-inch diameter galvanized standard steel pipe is filled with concrete and embedded two feet six inches below the finished surface into a one-foot six-inch diameter concrete footing with an overall depth of three feet six inches below grade. The total exposed height of the bollard above the finished surface is four feet six inches, topped with a rounded cap. The exterior of the bollard receives a paint finish as determined by the architect.
