This heavy duty asphalt pavement section consists of a four-inch compacted depth class one-half inch hot mix asphalt PG fifty-eight dash twenty-two placed in two lifts and compacted to ninety-two percent of the Rice value. Below the asphalt is an eight-inch compacted depth crushed surfacing top course compacted to ninety-five percent maximum density as measured in conformance with ASTM D fifteen fifty-seven. The bottom layer is a prepared subgrade with the upper sixteen inches compacted to ninety-five percent maximum density as measured in conformance with ASTM D fifteen fifty-seven. Pavement sections shall match or comply with pavement requirements outlined in the geotechnical report prepared by Migizi Group, Incorporated, under project number Z zero seven twelve.
