This cast-in-place concrete drop inlet features a 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe connecting to the box structure. The walls and slab are detailed with 4000 PSI concrete and reinforced with number 4 bars spaced at 12 inches on center each way. A minimum clear distance of 2 inches is maintained to all reinforcing steel. The inlet dimensions include a 3-foot width by 9-foot length overall, with wall thicknesses of 6 inches and a base slab thickness of 8 inches. The invert elevation and rim elevation are sized per plan.
