Cathodic protection and electrical bonding configuration for ductile iron risers and PVC pipe transitions. Two number 4 AWG HMWPE bond cables connect across fittings and risers, secured with cable-to-pipe connections. An 8-mil polyethylene encasement wraps the buried ductile iron risers and fittings. A prepackaged magnesium anode connects via a number 10 AWG THHN black anode cable, routed to a surface-mounted test station containing test and drain cables.
