A terminal cleanout assembly features a cast iron ring and cover set flush with the finish grade atop a concrete mat. The vertical pipe is enclosed within fiber joint packing and connects to a ninety-degree bend sized per plan. The pipe material and diameter are specified in the engineering documents.
