An architectural downspout transitions to an underground storm drainage system via a PVC pipe spool, cleanout tee-wye, and long sweep elbow located eighteen inches from the building face. The assembly includes a six-inch diameter PVC solvent weld adapter, SDR 35 PVC pipe spools set at a two percent minimum slope, and a PVC male pipe thread plug with a raised two-inch square nut. A footing drain consisting of a six-inch diameter perforated ASTM D3034 SDR 35 PVC pipe is embedded in six inches of clean washed drain rock on all sides and wrapped in a non-woven separation geotextile. All piping configurations and collector sizes are sized per plans.
