A brass cleanout plug with a countersunk head sits flush with the finish grade inside a twenty-inch square by six-inch thick concrete pad that is trowel smooth and edged. An eighth bend connects the cleanout to the waste line, which extends to length as needed. The waste line ties into the main drain line via an eighth bend used when the cleanout occurs at the end of the line.
