A twelve-inch ductile iron pipe connects to a main storm line with a forty-five degree bend and size per plan. The upper end terminates with a removable test plug below a two-foot square cast-iron cover and ring marked SD. A concrete collar surrounds the upper pipe with fiber joint filler, set flush with the finish grade.
