A steel tank is fully encased in reinforced concrete with internal steel reinforcement details. The assembly features a fifty-millimeter nipple, a one-hundred-millimeter nipple, and a one-hundred-millimeter emergency vent penetrating the top of the tank. The entire concrete-encased tank rests on a concrete pad as referenced on sheet E1/S-406. Dimension variables B, D, and E define the overall geometric layout of the tank and pad assembly.
