The assembly consists of a 10 gauge metal pan stair tread filled with 2 inches of concrete, supported by a hollow structural section or channel stringer. The stair tread features an integral riser with a 1-inch return and a 1/4-inch radius bend. Dimensions include a 1 1/2-inch tread projection, 4-inch dimension, and a 2-inch riser height. Fillet welds sized at 1/8 inch spaced at 2-4 inches connect the pan treads to the stringer.
