The swale base is 5.5 feet wide with 3:1 side slopes. The design accommodates a 4-inch water quality ponding depth and a 100-year storm ponding depth, with a 1.0-foot freeboard requirement. The opposite side transitions to grass land cover with vegetation as specified in the landscape plans, maintaining a 2.0 percent grade.
