A concrete slab on grade assembly with a minimum thickness of four inches is reinforced with number four bars spaced at sixteen inches on center each way. Below the concrete layer lies a minimum four-inch thick Class II aggregate base compacted to ninety-five percent per ASTM D1557. The bottom layer consists of a minimum twelve-inch thick compacted subgrade compacted to ninety-five percent per ASTM D1557.
