A cast-in-place concrete flush curb transitions between asphalt pavement and a concrete walk or paving. The curb features a top width of 6 inches, a base width of 7-3/4 inches, and a height of 10 inches. The assembly bears on a minimum 4-inch layer of crushed surfacing top course. The adjacent asphalt pavement and concrete walk are installed per plan.
