A polyvinyl chloride pipe penetrates a concrete wall or structure with a cast-in-place concrete collar surrounding the opening. The pipe is trimmed flush with the inside face of the structure and grouted smooth. The surrounding concrete repair requires non-shrink grout with a six-inch minimum clearance dimension. The concrete collar extends six inches minimum from the pipe opening.
