An ADA accessible parking sign is mounted on a vertical sign post embedded into a concrete footing below finish grade or paving. The concrete top is sloped away from the tube to shed water. The sign bottom is positioned at a minimum height of five feet, increasing to six feet eight inches minimum when located within a walking surface. A supplementary van accessible sign is included for van stalls per MUTCD standards.
