Detectable warning surface areas must be constructed in accordance with Washington State Department of Transportation standard specifications. The surface profile is defined by specific minimum and maximum dimensions for base spacing, dome spacing, truncation dimensions, and height. Dimension C must be fifty percent through sixty-five percent of dimension D.
