A six-inch high concrete wheel stop is set upon asphalt or concrete pavement adjacent to a curb or sidewalk. The wheel stop measures eight inches in width and sits six inches away from the curb edge. A number seven rebar, twenty-four inches long, extends eighteen inches down through the wheel stop and into the pavement below as a dowel anchor.
