The assembly features a concrete fill between curbs matching the top of the curb, separated by a 15-pound asphalt felt bond breaker on each side. A layer of three to four inch riprap with a minimum thickness of eight inches is placed adjacent to the fill. A curb break is specified per detail 10/C5.10 with a spacing of two feet. A planter is positioned per plan adjacent to the riprap layer.
