This light duty asphalt pavement section consists of a two-inch compacted depth class one-half inch hot mix asphalt surface course utilizing PG 58H-22 binder placed in one lift and compacted to ninety-two percent of Rice value. Beneath the asphalt lies a four-inch compacted depth crushed surfacing top course, compacted to ninety-five percent maximum density in accordance with ASTM D 1557. The foundation rests on a prepared subgrade with the upper twelve inches compacted to ninety-five percent maximum density per ASTM D 1557. All pavement sections must comply with requirements outlined in the geotechnical report prepared by Migizi Group, Incorporated under project number Z0712.
