The precast concrete wheel stop is six inches high and features a trapezoidal profile with a five-inch top width and a base width between eight and ten inches. Internal reinforcement consists of two number three steel bars positioned longitudinally. The unit is secured to the pavement using two number six steel bars, which are inserted through pre-drilled holes spaced between six and nine inches from the ends. The installation requires recessing the anchor bar one inch below the top surface and filling the remaining void with non-shrink grout. A minimum embedment depth of eighteen inches is required for the anchor bars into the substrate.
