A reinforced concrete pad is constructed over compacted subgrade designed to meet geotechnical recommendations with ninety-five percent ASTM D-1557 compaction. The concrete pad is reinforced with number four reinforcing rods spaced twelve inches on center both ways in plan view. Dimensions are provided per plan for the pad boundaries. A corresponding section view details the thickness and reinforcement placement over the subbase material.
