A pre-finished wall expansion joint cover bridges the gap between the exterior assembly and the interior concrete masonry unit elevator wall. A pre-finished floor expansion joint cover with a suspended water barrier accommodates movement at the floor level between the interior space and the exterior wall. The junction separates the exterior environment from the interior elevator area.
