A precast reinforced concrete wheel stop is anchored to asphalt concrete paving over aggregate base and compacted soil. The wheel stop measures seven and one half inches wide by five and one half inches high, with eight inch by ten inch by fifteen inch dimensions specified at the truck yard. Two number four rebars are embedded eighteen inches minimum into natural grade and set flush with the top of the wheel stop. Epoxy adhesive may be used in lieu of rebar for concrete slab installation with owner approval. A concrete curb and landscape area occurs at the end of the stall.
