A pre-fabricated mechanical curb rests on a metal roof deck and support framing, with the fully adhered single-ply roof membrane extended over the entire curb and down its inside face. A twenty-four gauge prefinished metal drip edge with fluoropolymer finish caps the top of the curb over one inch of non-curing sealant set level. The membrane is secured with bonding adhesive, a three-inch wide seam tape, and a seam plate and fastener at the base. Mechanical equipment bears directly on top of the curb.
