A field-fabricated pipe flashing assembly is installed over rigid insulation and a membrane roofing system. A reinforced membrane is adhered around the base of the penetration with a water stop, supplemented by non-reinforced flashing extending up the vertical pipe surface. A stainless steel clamping ring secures the top edge of the flashing per the manufacturer's instructions. Fasteners and fastening plates anchor the membrane assembly into the substrate with specified minimum clearances and maximum spacings.
