A field-fabricated pipe flashing assembly occurs at a roof edge with a concrete tilt-up wall panel and steel deck. Single-ply TPO roofing membrane extends across rigid insulation over the steel deck, terminating at the wall. A continuous cleat fastened at sixteen inches on center secures the assembly. Sealant is applied at the perimeter, with fasteners spaced at twenty-four inches on center on both sides.
