An automatic sprinkler main riser passes through a continuous footing and cold joint, centered within a sixteen-inch diameter sonotube sleeve for an eight-inch diameter sprinkler main. Concrete fill matches the width of the footing, providing a two-foot pourstrip and maintaining a two-inch minimum clearance all around unless noted otherwise. A precast panel and reinforcing bars consisting of two number-five bars by four-feet-long integrate with the assembly near the grid intersection. The dimension to the finished grade at the farside requires verification in the field or with fire sprinkler drawings.
