This curtainwall sill assembly at grade transitions from a prefinished metal curtainwall frame to a concrete foundation wall with a seven and a half inch overall dimension. Sealant and prefinished metal P-24 flashing tie the sill to a foil-faced flexible flashing membrane that manages exterior moisture above the grade line. Below grade, one-inch and three-inch extruded polystyrene insulation panels protect the assembly adjacent to exterior paving sized per landscape drawings.
