Wood slats are attached to the top of a steel angle support measuring 3 1/2 inches by 4 inches. The steel angle support sits on a vertical steel angle measuring 6 inches by 10 inches, which is attached to the support angle above and anchored to the concrete substrate below using a concrete anchor.
