An exterior column wrap assembly encloses a central wide flange column and two surrounding hollow structural section columns sized per structural plans. The wide flange column receives applied fireproofing to achieve a two-hour fire-resistance rating. The column enclosure is framed with a wall type designated per plan. A one-and-one-half-inch diameter stainless steel pipe handrail with a 1.66-inch outside diameter wraps the exterior, featuring all joints welded and ground smooth.
