A roof stack penetrates the top of the roof structure with a prefinished gasket head and clamp securing the metal base. The roofing system and flashing extend over the rigid insulation assembly. A compressible filler rod seals the void in accordance with stack temperature limitations. A vapor barrier is sealed to all penetrations.
