A one-foot-tall cane detection railing consists of a one-and-a-half-inch outside diameter steel pipe rail welded top and bottom and ground smooth. The assembly is shop primed and site painted per specifications. The railing post is secured to a base plate anchored to the concrete floor using anchor bolts embedded into the slab.
