An overhead coiling door guide track mounts to a concrete jamb. Fastener assembly 1-55 secures the guide to the concrete via embedment. The door guide maintains a 1/4 inch setback from the interior face of the wall. Tags 08 3323.G and 08 3323.E identify the guide and mounting hardware configuration.
