Precast concrete wall panels feature a vertical panel joint with a three-quarter-inch clear spacing and a minimum of three number five reinforcing bars on each side. The panels bear on a concrete erection pad sized per schedule with three inches of clear cover to the longitudinal reinforcing steel. The erection pad width is designated as square per schedule, with a two-inch thickness dimension for the panel seat.
