A field-fabricated air barrier spans from the top of the nineteen-foot server racks to the bottom of the supply air ducts, forming a nineteen-foot cold aisle that directs supply air to server cooling fans. The seventy-two-by-forty-eight supply air ducts are suspended below a three-foot beam and feature supply air diffusers with motorized balancing dampers connected to the building management system. Server cooling fans pull supply air from the cold aisle, which is formed by air barriers running the entire length of the racks.
