Conduits penetrate core-drilled holes in a concrete exterior wall or washdown area floor, with annular spaces patched using non-shrink grout. An OZ/Gedney CSML wall seal or LMK seal secures each penetration on the exterior face with mechanical fasteners. A neoprene sealing ring surrounds each conduit within the core-drilled opening to maintain a watertight barrier.
