An L-shaped steel post is welded to a beveled stainless steel plate, with the base of the plate aligned to the top of concrete. Countersunk stainless steel screws secure the assembly through the base plate. The overall plate measures eight inches by eight inches with specific hole locations and edge clearances dimensioned on the plan.
