This assembly features a hinged ladder connected to an elevated platform and catwalk system with a 3x2 angle support. A nylon rope runs through ceiling plate pulley mounts to lower and raise the ladder safely. A tie-off cleat secures the rope against the adjacent wall or column. The catwalk incorporates a hinged swing gate within handrail framing.
