An accordion door header assembly features a pre-finished track suspended by one-half inch diameter threaded rods anchored above. The partition framing consists of five-eighths inch gypsum wallboard applied over four-inch metal studs spaced at sixteen inches on center. The hanging track is integrated directly into the overhead structure between the stud framing.
