A four-inch tight-lock rubber base installs along the lower edge of a painted gypsum board wall where it meets the flooring finish. The wall assembly consists of a four-inch painted gypsum board panel sized per the finish plan. The flooring material finishes flush against the base as specified in the finish schedule.
