This plan detail shows the connection of a crane runway beam bracket to Column 11 with interior wall panels and flashing. A bracket plate per structural engineering is mounted to the column flange, flanked by PVC interior wall panels aligned with the inside face of the column flange. Continuous sealant is applied at joints, with J-trim and an outside corner trim forming the corner finish. A vapor barrier tape is adhered to the inside face of the column flange.
