A pipe penetration or support flashing assembly is mounted over a built-up roofing system on a plywood deck. A two and a half pound lead flashing sleeve extends up the pipe penetration, with its base flange set into roofing cement over the installed interply felt. A four pound lead sleeve is used if field soldering is required, and a continuous lead solder is used if a split lead sleeve is required. A stainless steel clamp with elastomeric sealant secures the top of the lead sleeve to the pipe. Roofing cement with a protective white acrylic coating seals the base, applied over two plies and a cap embedded in asphalt.
