The roof assembly consists of a TPO roof membrane extending up the wall and over the parapet, laid over five-eighths inch roof board and wood blocking. A gravel stop and drip edge flashing terminate the edge above the curtain wall, which integrates with a dead load anchor and edge angle. The exterior wall is framed with eight-inch steel studs backed by an air barrier, vapor retarder, minimum R-fifteen rigid insulation, minimum R-nineteen cavity batt insulation, and an MCM panel system. Structural support is provided by steel beams and a steel deck sized per structural drawings.
