The scheduled curtain wall system sits atop a concrete slab-on-grade. The sill member is bedded on continuous sealant and a backer rod for a weather-tight seal. A joint-filler strip separates the slab from the exterior concrete paving, which is sloped at one-quarter inch per foot away from the building face.
